Privacy and your inquiry

What the inquiry form collects

The form sends the name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, service selection and project description that you provide. You need to supply an email address or phone number so we can reply; the other details are optional.

We use these details to understand your request, assess the project and communicate with you about it. Please do not include passwords, patient records, payment-card details or other sensitive documents in an inquiry.

How the inquiry reaches us

Vercel hosts the website and processes the form request. Resend sends the form inquiry by email to Connect KW’s inquiry inbox. The public business email address, info@connectkw.net, uses iCloud Custom Email Domain. If you provide an email address in the form, it is included as the reply-to address.

Within Connect KW, only the owner has access to this inquiry inbox. The email address is public; the messages received there are private and are not displayed on the website.

The website application does not save inquiries to its own database. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate their services and may retain delivery or technical records. Having no website inquiry database does not mean that no records exist elsewhere.

Retention and deletion requests

Connect KW does not currently have a fixed retention period or an automatic deletion schedule for inquiry emails.

You can ask Connect KW to delete your inquiry from the business mailbox by emailing info@connectkw.net. Include enough information to identify the correspondence, such as the email address used and approximate inquiry date. Please avoid adding sensitive information to the request.

Deleting an inquiry from the mailbox does not guarantee immediate removal from provider logs, backups or copies outside that mailbox. Those records are subject to the relevant provider’s processes.

Language preference and analytics

The homepage language switch saves your English or Arabic preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove that preference by clearing this website’s stored browser data.

Optional analytics use PostHog Cloud in the European Union only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Declining does not affect the website or contact form. You can change your choice below. A Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal keeps analytics off.

We count visits to known public pages, WhatsApp and email link clicks, and contact forms accepted for sending. Each event contains only the public page path, language and an approved service category. URL queries, fragments, referral addresses, names, email addresses, phone numbers and inquiry contents are excluded. A click or an accepted form does not establish that a message was received or a sale occurred.

Analytics use a random identifier kept only in the page’s memory; it is replaced on a full page load and is never linked to a person, email address or inquiry. We do not load tracking SDKs, use analytics cookies, record sessions or automatically collect other interactions. We request no personal profiles or location enrichment. PostHog necessarily receives connection information to process the request; its technical records are subject to its own policy.

We remember a decline in local storage until you change it or clear this website’s browser data. Acceptance is kept only in page memory and ends on the next full page load; moving between pages without reloading keeps the current choice. This prevents an old stored acceptance from resuming analytics if your browser cannot save a withdrawal. If storage is unavailable, a decline also applies only to the current page. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics; it does not delete events already sent.

Interactive demonstrations

The booking, dashboard and assistant demonstrations use fictional sample data. Their interactions take place in your browser and do not send bookings, messages or payments. The assistant uses prepared responses; it does not send your selections to a live AI model.

WhatsApp, Instagram and email links

Choosing WhatsApp or Instagram opens a separate service, whose privacy terms apply to information you share there. A WhatsApp link may prepare a message, but clicking it does not send the message automatically. Email links open your chosen email application.
