Working examples
Try a small system. See the next step.
Three small demonstrations show possible workflows for a fictional business, Bay Studio. Change the inputs and see what happens. These are original prototypes, not client results or connected services.
01 / Demo — sample data, not client work
A booking request with a clear outcome
- Problem
- Staff need a complete request instead of several messages about availability.
- Workflow
- Choose a sample service and time, then confirm the simulated request.
- Output
- A local confirmation summarizes the selected service and time.
Limits of this demonstration: No live availability, real appointments, messages, storage or payments. A production system needs conflict checks, cancellation rules and staff access.

One view, with definitions behind the numbers
- Problem
- An owner needs to compare departments without mixing completed sales and open requests.
- Workflow
- Filter fictional records by department and sample week.
- Output
- Completed revenue, completed orders and open requests update together.
- Completed revenue (KWD)
- 510
- Completed orders
- 5
- Open requests
- 2
Revenue is the sum of completed-order values in the selection, before any costs. Open requests are pending records and are excluded from revenue. Cancelled records are excluded from both. These figures are not profit or Connect KW prices.
Matching sample records (8)
- S01 · Workshops · Week 1 · Completed · 120
- S02 · Retail · Week 1 · Completed · 80
- S03 · Workshops · Week 1 · Pending · 50
- S04 · Retail · Week 1 · Cancelled · 30
- S05 · Workshops · Week 2 · Completed · 160
- S06 · Retail · Week 2 · Completed · 90
- S07 · Retail · Week 2 · Pending · 70
- S08 · Workshops · Week 2 · Completed · 60
Limits of this demonstration: Fixed synthetic records only. No accounting integration, live reporting, forecasting or verified business results.

An assistant that knows when to hand over
- Problem
- Customers need consistent answers, including an honest limit when a policy is missing.
- Workflow
- Pick a prepared question. The scripted prototype selects an approved response or a handoff.
- Output
- A sample answer cites its prepared knowledge or explains why a person is needed.
Scripted interaction prototype
Prepared knowledge: two entries cover services and booking procedure. Refund exceptions are deliberately absent.
Limits of this demonstration: Scripted interaction prototype — no live AI model, conversation storage or real human connection. No message is sent.
